Parade steps off at 10:30 AM from West River Road former bus barn
11:00 AM Brief Ceremony at Barkhamsted Elementary School Entrance with STAR Band
Prizes for kids with best decorated bikes and best outfitted pet. Free ice cream for all kids in parade!
