Books & Boots Tackles “The Mother Tree”

The Norfolk Library’s Books & Boots series will discuss “The Mother Tree: Discovering the Wisdom of the Forest” by Suzanne Simard Saturday, September 19, at 8:30 a.m. Participants will read the book, then lace up their hiking boots as the group discusses it while hiking the Norfolk Land Trust’s Ells Crane Trail. Meet at the trailhead on Route 44 and bring water and insect repellant. All hiking abilities are welcome. Any cancellation will be posted on the Norfolk Library website and social media by 7:30 a.m. on Sept. 17. This program is in partnership with the Norfolk Land Trust. Click here to register.
