DOT Concept Plan for Route 61 & 109 Intersection

Attached is a  map of a preliminary concept plan at the intersection of Route 109 and  Route 61 designed by the State of Connecticut Department of  Transportation. The primary goal for this project is to avoid confusion  for motorists passing through town and most importantly improve public  safety for pedestrians crossing the intersection. This is a preliminary  concept and is subject to change as the project progresses. This is only  for informational purposes and there will be public input in the near  future.
