For nearly 30 years, Graham Parker has coupled punk’s energy with his deeply rooted love of American R&B, country, and soul music. He will appear at Infinity Hall Friday, April 29, at 8:00 p.m. Parker was one of the most celebrated singer/songwriters to emerge from England’s pub rock scene in the early ’70s, his biggest success coming with his band, The Rumour. Parker courted a crossover career with solo projects in the 1980s before reuniting with The Rumour in 2011 to appear in Judd Apatow’s film, This Is Forty.
