Brigid O’Keeffe, author of “The Multi-Ethnic Soviet Union and its Demise,” will appear in conversation with Victoria Smolkin,  author of “A Sacred Space is Never Empty: A History of Soviet Atheism,”   Saturday, October 1, at 2:30 p.m. at the Norfolk Library to discuss  “Russia and Ukraine at War.” Click here to attend in person; and here to watch via live-stream on Zoom.
