“A Journey Through the Roots of American PopularMusic,” is a program of songs and stories about the origins of the blues, rockand country music presented by singer and songwriter Jon Waterman. The program,which also features an accompanying slideshow, explores some of the fascinatingcharacters and events that are part of that history as well as the role ofmusic in our lives. The performances have received enthusiastic reviews fromthose in attendance.
