This time of year can be difficult. The days are shorter, the nights are longer, the weather is colder, and it can be easy to catch a case of the winter blues. If you’re looking for a way to overcome these feelings or start off the new year with some healthy habits, we’d love for you to join our program: Move Your Mind; Move Your Body!

Join us Tuesdays at 10:15 AM through January 24 for this introductory exercise class for senior women, led by OWL Staff Member Nancy Schuler. This class is available both in person and on zoom.
