The Town has retained the services of an engineering representative, Environmental Partners,  to observe the contractor and to act as Winsted Water Work’s liaison.   Personnel will be onsite throughout the construction activities should  you have any questions or concerns.

Please note the cooperation of  the public during these important Town infrastructure improvements is  greatly appreciated.  Should you have any questions, please feel free to  contact the Water Department at (860) 379-4070.
