Town of Norfolk recently issued the following announcement.

11:00 am – 12:00 pm

Senior Exercise resumes at the Meadowbrook community  room on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00 am. Feel free to drop in and  join instructor Robyn Centrella, a certified and licensed instructor who  specializes in senior fitness. Movements will be set to motivating  music from different genres and decades. The low impact exercises will  enhance mobility, strength, flexibility and balance. This class is sponsored by the Town of Norfolk recreational committee and is offered  at no charge to Norfolk residents.
